I have been writing my whole life. Even in this digital age, I still get such a thrill from putting pen to paper. In high school, when I had an original short story published in a Canad-wide magazine, I felt like it was the beginning of a life long journey of exciting stories and word play. However, as I got older, I discovered I was less interested writing fiction, and more interested in telling the stories of artists whose works I admired. In University, I reviewed albums and theatre productions for the school paper, and more recently I have written articles highlighting artists from Canada’s rich country music scene through Front Porch Music. Below are a few samples of my interviews and reviews from my time with them.
